Safe and Found Online is a website that helps you keep up to date useful information about a vulnerable person. This can be shared with the police if they are lost or go missing. Carers, family members and friends can complete the online forms to give details about the person you care for including: medication needed, emergency contacts, places they’ve lived previously and photographs.
